Player vs Player
Play with anyone online by entering a username and sending a challenge request!
In Chess Roll, you can play live with real human players. PvP (Player vs Player) is a good practice because it is a real test for your chess skills. Also, there’s nothing like real human players when it comes to dealing with thrill, tension, and true variety in participating in chess.
We know that human players can be unpredictable at times, especially in Chess. The PVP (Player vs Player) feature brings in the human elements in playing chess which includes intuition and chances of blunders among others.
The PVP feature is available for both Chess Roll (dice chess) and Chess games.
For Chess Roll, you can access the PVP feature from the Home Lobby page. Just click the first big photo in the center which says PVP. Once you click this, you will be asked to enter the username of the player who you want to play with. To send a challenge invite to the player, just type his/her username in the search bar and tap “Search”. Take note that you can only search for players who are already registered and are currently online.
Once you click the Search button, you will be given a list of players who matches the username that you searched for. Choose a player and click “Challenge”. Once clicked, a pop up message will show which says, “Challenge request has been sent to (name of player).” Click OK and wait for the player to accept your challenge request.
For Chess, you can access the PVP feature by first choosing Chess from the main lobby. You can access this by clicking the fourth big photo in the center of the Home page which says Play Chess. Once you are in Chess mode, you will be asked to enter the username of the player who you want to play with. To send a challenge invite to the player, just type his/her username in the search bar and tap “Search”. Same with Chess Roll, you can only search for players who are already registered and are currently online.
